I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Their pricing for everything is extremely high, I was unaware of the $200 per service maintenance fee that they hit you with to uphold your end of the warranty, which was never said to me before purchasing my unit. They tried to charge me double the price for air filters. I’m finish recommending their services to people, never again.

Stay away for this organization. Small gas leak estimate $100+ - then ‘because old pipes and Duke Energy and pressure tests... $500 for this and $500 for that...’. Duke Energy came out and fixed the leak, pressure tested and approved for FREE. Beware!

Jason was friendly, polite and professional. Explained the what he found during the inspection. Knowledgeable when I asked questions. Wonderful service.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!
