Shawn was our service technician, he was very pleasant and polite! He explained everything and was very efficient! This is the first time I have ever used Rotor Rooter, and I have to say, I was impressed! I had reached out to multiple pluming business and they kept basically giving me the run around! I called Rotor Rooter ( their customer service is also very pleasant and professional) on a Wednesday and told them when the hot water heater I purchased would be delivered and ask them would they be able to install it? She put me on a brief hold and said a technician would be out the following day after the the heater arrived! The technician (Shawn) was on time! I will definitely use their service again and recommend them

Andrew (3312) was the most amazing technician. Our basement backed up with sewage and he came right out. He stayed until he was positive everything was fix and all clogs were gone... then he cleaned up the basement mess. I never asked nor would I expect anyone to do that but he jumped right in to make it easier for us. He is fantastic and if you have the unfortunate need to have roto rooter come out, please request Andrew.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
