We had a clogged toilet that turned into a basement excavation, Cody and Brenden did an excellent job, fixed our problems, were very nice and cleaned up well too. Definitely will be using them in the future! Highly recommend.

Service technician was fine. He did a good job. Charged me $415 to snake a sink. Totally outrageous. But perhaps worst of all is they told they’d be at my place between 12 and 4. You know the rest of the story …I took the afternoon off work. No one came. Finally got a call at 6 to say they couldn’t come. Scheduled for 10 am the next day and showed up 2 hours late again. Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I will NEVER use this company again.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. While my husband and I were on vacation in Mexico, I got a call telling me our basement drain flooded. We were scrambling to find someone to come out asap and Brian was able to make it out in less than an hour. He worked on the drain for probably 4 hours and came back the next morning to finish up. It was super helpful how quickly he was able to come out so that the water didn’t stand stagnant for another 3 days. He was also a great communicator, keeping us updated whenever he had news. Very professional and didn’t leave any sort of mess. We are very grateful for how quickly he was able to come out and get it resolved.

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

We needed to have our toilet repaired. It was leaking water and would not stop running. The repairman came to our home and had a person in training with him. They were both very polite. We like the fact they call and let you know when they are coming. They were running late due to the repair before us taking longer than expected and they called to let us know. They gave us two options for the repair. Like this since they could have just given us the most expensive repair. We were able to chose the option we wanted. Would recommend this company to people who need repairs. They are not like some companies who make you wait several days for repairs by not having the parts. If they don't have the parts on the truck they go and get them. Love that the repairs were made in one day. Thanks Roto-Rooter. They also leave your home clean.

Steve is a miracle worker. I've had 3 other companies out for a clogged bathroom sink, none of which could do anything or were not willing to keep at it. 45 minutes here and he had my old galvanized pipe opened up again. A big name company wasn't so Jolly to work with and wanted to charge me $2300 or more to replace the line. Steve also gave me the name of another plumbing company if I wanted to replace the line that is reasonable with their rates. Thanks again Steve and Rebisso plumbing!!

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

Unbelievable service

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
