Best Sewage Systems in Cincinnati OH

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

Roto Rooter was very helpful with our plumbing issue. They were able to complete the job on time and restore our plumbing quickly. Jason was very informative with his work and even cleaned up after the previous workers. He also came back to repair a few minor things that had been missed and refill our driveway when the gravel settled more than expected. We are pleased with the speed and work done and we feel reassured that if we are unsatisfied with anything that Jason or another team member will come back as soon as possible to make things right.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a kitchen drain that was plugged up and I tried to free it myself. Well Nick showed up with the right equipment and even had covers for his shoes. He was at my house for about 90 minutes snaking and looking through the camera until he was sure it was clean. He told me how proud he is to be working for this company. I highly recommend this outfit to do any plumbing job.

Mike Z (3492) was very pleasant. Tried to relight pilot light on my old water heater but couldn't get to stay on, so recommended a new one. Came next day and installed it. Explained what he would be doing, what would cost, where he placed the paper work about it, wrote date on it so know when was installed. Cleaned up his work stuff.Have always had good experience with RotoRooter.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
