Had Tarvin come out for a clogged PVC pipe for the washing machine unit. There initially was some confusion because water pressure was checked which might have led to a water heater leak that started soon after. They came out again free of charge and they refunded me for the original visit because of the water heater leak that they were able to fix.

Mark Tarvin came out the second time and explained everything in great detail and also gave me competitive quotes on replacing the appropriate malfunctioning equipment.

At the end of the day what you want is accountability and professionalism in a company, and you definitely have that with Tarvin. Would recommend them to friends/family.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
