Best Light Repair in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Matt deserves 10 stars! I had a total blockage in my upstairs bathroom sink. Not only did he clear the clog he took the time to measure and look at previous repairs. Come to find out I have a drywall screw in the pipe as a secondary issue causing the slow drain we had for years. He offered an estimate to repair that issue as well. Matthew took the time that previous companies did not to explain the problem. End of story the sink drains great again and I have a new project I could have done without. Thank you Matthew and thank you Appolo for a great price and excellent service!

Drew was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the services he was going to be completing today on my heating system. He suggested a couple newly available upgrades for us to consider. He also provided
us his direct line in case we had any questions.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Ron went above and beyond to help us when our outdoor spicket froze, causing the pipe to crack. He was very quick to respond and did an excellent job!
