Best Leaking Fixtures in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Jerren did a great job! My Wife and I had just moved into a new place that had been vacant for quite sometime and this had who knows what clogging these drains. He fought them fiercely and tested it after to show me it was working properly. She is also pregnant so having shower flood when flushing toilet was not ideal we definitely a well qualified tech who was real polite was nice it was a breath of fresh air. 💪.Also they have rad service vehicles.

Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!

Friendly, efficient, good work

I had a customer with an emergency pipe burst late Saturday afternoon called Charles the owner, left him a voice mail. He responded back and called within minutes to get the details. This is a caring professional that also takes care of any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Technician was professional and accommodating, however was unable to educate me on my drainage issue. I assumed by paying for a licensed service who claims to understand plumbing I would have my issue diagnosed and remedy provided.

I have called this company for various issues (tree roots, hot water heater, shower fixture overflow, etc), they deliver quality work!

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
