This is such a great company. We called in the morning and they were able to get Joe out to us around lunch time that same day. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest and upfront with pricing which was super important to us sticking to our budget. We will most definitely call them next time we need help with any plumbing in our house. (PLUS he likes dogs so that's always a plus when we have two running around.)

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I asked quite a few questions throughout the job and he patiently answered them all. We have had our sump pump drained 3-4 times at our hair salon in butler Ky. And each time they come, they are super quick and efficient.

It took me 3 days to a technician to come out. I had to call 3 times to get appointment because the technician canceled appointment. When someone finally came out he explained what he the thought was wrong and he explained what steps needed to be done to complete the repairI would have rated them higher however having to keep call regarding my appointment is what me lower my rating

Unbelievable service

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
