Had the furnace and AC systems inspected today. Mercedes was friendly and knew what she was doing. Everything she inspected was shown to me so I could see the condition of my systems and she answered all my questions. She quickly fixed the one thing in the AC system that needed some attention. Now my family is ready for the hot weather when ever it gets here.

Matt Pierce is outstanding. Not only does he do a great job, he explains it in clear, easy to understand terms. I had a condensate pump that was making a loud noise and assumed he would replace it; instead, he examined it , cleaned and re-installed it , all at no additional cost. I always ask for Matt!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!
