Nick and his team completed a AC & furnace installation today working in a professional manner to leave the area cleaner than when they arrived. They reviewed all the current plumbing to replace & improve all the hook-ups required. These guys are all well trained on the equipment & testing.

The technicians performed yearly tune ups on both of our HVAC systems. Very responsive and detailed with their inspections

Technician found a refrigerant leak in the coil. After recharge, the heat pump unit appears to be back to normal operation, however, I'm not sure for how long it will operate properly until a permanent repair is made.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful.
