Great Service from Schneller & Knockelmann. Cody arrived COVID appropriate. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem with our clogged drain. Our drain was clogged more than we imagined. He took care of the problem efficiently and with great expertise. It is unfortunate we needed a plumber but this was a great experience. I would recommend them.

I had a issue with drain back-up and was truly concerned about what to expect. I live in an older home and which I love. I have done a lot of upgrades in the past 4 years. I was in the market to contract a Hearing, Plumbing and Air conditioning service. I received a postcard advertising Schneller & Knochelmann services so I contacted for an appointment. I do not give accolades lightly. I was truly impressed with their knowledge, customer service and skills. The technicians were Arnold Duncan and his assistant Nicky. I was so impressed I signed a maintenance agreement to handle my heating, plumbing and air conditioning systems. Great family owned company and I highly recommend this company.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!
