Elyas was our tech who came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt he did a thorough job. All we got was a tune up, but I highly recommend this company. They originally installed our unit and have maintained it for 10+ years. All of our components still look brand new thanks to them.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
