He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Justin was very friendly and professional,was satisfied with the work he performed.The capacitor on the ac unit was weak.He suggested it be replaced with a discounted price of$293.00.Not knowing what capacitors cost,I had him replace it.That same capacitor on Amazon costs $11.85.I have a service contract,so labor should not be an issue.I am tired of being ripped off.This will be the last time I use THOMAS&GALBRAITH. The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .

I have had them replace my sewer line in the basement, sleeve the sewer pipe out to the road, replace electric service with 200 Amp and replace my furnace. They're not necessarily the cheapest but I have had nothing but top notch professionalism out of these folks. I highly recommend .

I used a home warranty and the warranty company screwed up and didn't send in a work order but the plumber was very responsive. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. Please use his company. He is very good.
