Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Will contract all of our future plumbing work to Hensley’s

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

I made appointment on website on a Saturday at approximately 1am for same day between 10 am and 12 noon. Nice lady called before noon to tell me I wasn't forgotten and she would call me when a tech became available. I liked that because I didn't think a plumber would even be available for the whole weekend. I did get a plumbers. He was very nice and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. I like Roto-Rooter because they have my issues on file for their techs to help them. I will use them again.

This is the second time I’ve used NixCo and they’ve been great. Kris was courteous, on time, and explained things well. He made quick work of the repairs we needed and left the workspace as clean as it was before he arrived. I highly recommend NixCo!

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
