Best Frozen/Burst Pipe Repair in Cincinnati OH

A predatory company. Asked to have them replace a garbage disposal (15-20 min job). Met with an interrogation to find what other services they could work into the call (do you have any leaky faucets? Does your hot water run out too soon?...). Pressured on a service contract. Charged $353 to install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased!!!! Part of that overcharge was to diagnose garbage disposal when I told them I wanted them to replace the garbage disposal. Service man left with drain stopper. Ridiculous charge for service rendered. I will never use them again.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
