Best Frozen/Burst Pipe Repair in Cincinnati OH

We love our yearly service. Keeps our HVAC running properly and in good shape. Service professional was on time, courteous, clean, and efficient. He also was so sweet with our dogs which we love :)

I called Roto-Rooter in a state of slight panic when our sump pump began shooting water out of it like Old Faithful at Yellowstone.

They told me they could and would have someone out within two hours, and Tom showed up in less than one. He was able to to fix the issue, explain what he was doing and why, and was friendly and reassuring. The cost for the repair was about what I expected, so no shocking charges or outrageous extra fees.

I was so pleased with how the repair went and my interaction with Tom that I felt compelled to write this. This was our first experience with Roto-Rooter as a whole and it was nothing but positive. I will absolutely be using them for future service calls and recommend them (Tom especially) should we ever have another issue.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The technician who came out was very polite. He quoted me before doing any work and fixed the clogged drain I have been dealing with for months. The reason I gave four stars was because of the price($390) to snake a drain, and because of the call center that I dealt with. The technician did his job well and I have no complaints with him. They were obviously swamped with frozen pipes but never called to make me aware that a technician wasn't going to make it after waiting two hours past the appointed time. Finally I got a hold of them again to reschedule the following day and again no call no show. Finally the day after (third day) they called to let me know my technician was en route at 9pm !! Like I said their tech was great but the call center needs work. Busy or not you shouldn't leave customers hanging.Thanks Brian!

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
