Professional, efficient, friendly, honest and informative, from the office staff to the technicians---I could go on and on. A friend recommended your company to us because we had a sewer leek/backup. Joe came out and got to work immediately diagnosing problem, keeping us informed and showing us the trouble spot. Later Blake and Cody came to replace broken pipe. They worked efficiently and timely, being careful not to tear up the yard. Joe came back out to scope and jet the line, even giving us pictures of the line at different intervals so we could see if was all clear. Don't let Joe's youth fool you! He is extremely knowledgeable, very hard working and his passion for his job shines through when you talk to him! We would definitely recommend One-Tom Plumbing and request Joe and crew for any future projects without hesitation!!!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

I wanted to take a second to recognize two men that deserve a service recognition with your company.Kris and Brian came out to our house on Monday 8/20 to install a new water heater in our cellar.We had serious flooding from the weekend rain prior. What was a typical service call for them turned into saving my life (eye!).I was taking our trash out to the end of our driveway, when I was struck by a bungee cord while trying to stretch it over the lid (to keep critters out, we live in the country).The back of the bungee cord slipped and I was struck in the eye, and left unconscious. When I finally woke on the cold garage floor and regained sight in the eye that wasn’t struck, I saw blood everywhere and knew I needed to be rushed to the hospital immediately.Kris and Brian heard me screaming for help and immediately rushed me to the emergency room in their vehicle and called my husband. They comforted me the entire drive and waited in the waiting room for a couple hours to make sure I was okay, after my family finally arrived.They then came back to our house, and called my husband to tell him the rain that came down that afternoon had reflooded our cellar. And that they were going to pump the cellar for us for no charge and come back the following morning to re-install the water heater and check on our family.These types of people don’t come around very often. I hope your company can give them an award or some sort of recognition, because I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. They were two of the nicest men I have met and I thank God that he chose them to help us through this terrible accident.Thank you so much Roto Rooter. We will forever be life customers. My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing

Unbelievable service

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
