Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Our technician Chris did an overall great job with our sump pump replacement. He was able to get everything done faster than the time he projected. He also did a good job of explaining what our issue was and everything he was doing to fix it.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing

Unbelievable service

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
