I have been signed up with HELP plumbing for a few months. I have to say I've never been disappointed with any of the employees that have came to help. I had to call again and today, James showed up. I gotta say, James was awesome. He showed up on time and ready to HELP!!! with a smile. He never competed any additional work without first telling me of the issue and giving me a price for completion. I even added an additional problem myself and he was more than willing to fix it for me. Once the work was completed he explained after care of the drains and recommendations that might be helpful. Though the mess he himself had made was minimal, he cleaned up everything in the areas he worked in, then did a walk through with me showing all the completed work. He even took out the trash for me. When seeing the Help commercials and what they advertise, I do have to say James stayed true to the company's values! The best part is that while fixing the bathroom sink he was able to get my special needs son's necklace back. His brothers gave him that necklace the Christmas before we moved away from them and it means so much to him. Thank you James, you put a huge smile on my son's face and I truly appreciate it.

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
