Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

I worked with Blake & Damian and they were awesome! In and out & great quality of service. We had water damage on all three levels on our home due to this plumbing issue and thankful we called them! Would recommend.

Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He tried to determine the source of blockage in my plumbing system unfortunately the blockage seemed beyond what equipment he had so he made arrangements to have the right technician to diagnose the problem. In hoping well have it fixed by tomorrow.

My washers drain pipe clogged up. I could not free it. I called the company(not Jolly) that I contracted with a couple of years ago and made an appointment for a service call. They gave me a date and time. The morning of the appt. they left a message saying they were booked up andcould not respond for a week of 10 days. With a tub full of water sitting in my washer, I called Jolly for an appt. They were here the next morning at 8AM, snaked the obstruction out, water gone from tub. Wife happy!Guess who my new plumber is.

The serviceman was on time and did a good job. We will not be using HELP again though. For installing a customer supplied standard toilet the charge was $589.00. We were not shown a breakdown of the charges or how that price was arrived at. Very expensive for a one hour installation.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
