A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Drain lines added for kitchen reno and new laundry room. Quality work. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling RT.

Mark and Austin arrived on-time this morning (08/19/15)! Let's start there. Very happy to have people respect others time and when you're having plumbing issues, it's greatly appreciated. They were courteous and patient to explain what was happening and what they were doing. Cleaned-up after the job was done and even throw the dog's toys for them to chase while I wrote out their payment. I would definitely call again and would like for them to return to perform services. Of course I hope I don't need to anytime soon. :) Thank you.

I have used Holthaus plumbing a number of times . Each time they are responsive and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have used Jolly Plumbing multiple times now, with great results each time! The first time, their technician was able to unclog a pipe that another company could not. Since then we’ve needed regular maintenance and they always are able to come out quickly and get the job done effectively. They are friendly and fast and efficient!

He is every good. Accomplish what he set out to do he opened my drain went out 80' and my drain is now running clear. He was very fair on cost. It took him about about an hour and a 1/2 But my drain was clear. Thank you Brian.

Jonathan was fantastic. He was there right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and what was needed to fix it, and quickly replaced the issue parts once they were purchased. Very happy with the service!

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed.
