G & K is the best! They have helped me with many plumbing emergencies both at work and at home. No matter what the problem, they always get to me right away. They are prompt, efficient and pleasant. I know they will always do the work in a way that will not cost me any more than necessary. Eric has always been great as well as anyone else G & K has sent.

We had a leaking shower head. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.
I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11. The problem was taken care of in short order. Will use in the future.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I believe the technician's name was Kyle. He was very friendly, very friendly. But the problem I have is, telling them what I needed, that this appointment was scheduled for two hours. When I asked for a ballpark figure I was told by the woman, Well I need to book this for two hours to start with. Really didn't know that I'd get billed for the whole two hours regardless of the actual time. The job took 15 minutes. Definitely not worth $174.00. I got billed for two hours of work for 15 actual minutes. I really thought about saying No. But the tech was really nice and I'd guess it wasn't really up to him. All that because I didn't have the right tool. I knew it wouldn't be good but that amount is ludicrous. I l have other work that needs to be done and I'll be shopping around.

I don't recommend this company. I am very disappointed with service I received. Follow up: Invoice is in the mail. I asked you to fix my gas valve so Lowes could install my new stove. You said is wasn't broken and left but charged me $179. Lowes came back and said it was broken. I asked you to replace it.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
