I scheduled a service request online and had a tech out by this afternoon. Jonathon was amazing at explaining the issues, how he would attempt to fix and got right to work. So thankful to have everything up and running before heading into a busy weekend!

The Drain Smith did a rough in plumbing. They showed up on time and finished when they said they were going to finish. The employees helped me through a few issues and gave me suggestions i wasn’t thinking about. I definitely recommend!

I have a crawl space that other plumbers would not go under due to the small size of it. I called Midwestern and they came out same day and repaired a frozen pipe that busted along with the water hose spicket. The employee that did the repairs worked his butt off and it took him a couple of hours to finish the job. I will use this company in the future and recommend them 💯

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

All my drains were clogged up needed someone fast showed up a few hours later worked on it for about 4 hours had blockage almost 100 ft out.. cleaned up mess ,he was very polite to very knowledgeable of the services and prices I was going to be charged. Definitely recommend there services.

I am the property manager and maintenance man at Florence Super 8 I called this company to give me an estimate on some plumbing problems I was having a guy came out looked around for a few minutes and said he would be back when the owner of the company. He never came I called and called and was given the runaround by him and the secretaries so I gave up hope on this company because I found a better plumbing company to help me out. So I hope your experiences is better than the one I had because when I needed them the most they were not there for me good luck people if you do call them I hope they do come out and do your work for you but if not like I said before I found a good plumbing company at Richardson Plumbing

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
