I was very pleased by the work performed by Matt. The job was performed quickly and properly. Matt was very friendly and went beyond what was expected.

From start to finish, the professionalism and knowledge was top notch. Plumb Tite was the fourth and final company we called regarding a water softener system for our home. They came recommend and I would recommend. Dustin explained our options and answered my myriad of questions. While I did have to sweep the area after installation, the work area was otherwise cleaned up and neat.

Caleb arrived on time to perform an AC tune-up. He was very polite and wasted no time getting his inspection started. After a thorough diagnosis of the cooling system he described all that he had done. This service was covered under their maintenance agreement which is such a great deal. This covers any service calls as well as seasonal tune-ups. Which I would most likely forget to have done on my own.Thanks Caleb, & all the folks at Schneller-Knochelman.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.
