Jason fixed a clogged drain leading into my sewer that was causing me all kinds of problems and distress. He fit me into his schedule in a timely manner, was responsive to my messages and got in/fixed the problem quickly, recommending aftercare products to keep the fix in tact. He wore a mask, which I thought was very polite amidst the current pandemic. So grateful for his professional and efficient service.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. Getz tackled our broken sewer line. Justin provided excellent communication, showed up on time and gave us a very competitive price. He provided 5 options to choose from. We ended up replacing the entire line, 150 feet long and 10 feet deep towards the road. Justin and his team were polite, diligent, and honest and worked into the dark. The team remained professional throughout the challenging job. We are having them back for a water heater replacement and to also help us troubleshoot downspout drains. We highly recommend them. We purchased our house in 1980 and was referred to Mr. Steve Oakley at Rebisso Plumbing as the company who had installed the heating system when the home was built in 1960. We're so glad we found him. We have never had anyone else work on our system and have always been impressed with Mr. Oakley's knowledge and ability. We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

We knew our hot water heater was about to reach its end of life. We called Ox Plumbing. Received a same day quote and the water heater was fully replaced within two days! We trust Ox Plumbing and will be using them again to install a water softener system. Thank you!

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Took Mr.Wize 6 hours to replace a sink and seal a toilet. He was late at first, then left midway without telling anyone for about 2 hours.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.

Benjamin is prompt, courteous and does a good job. We’ve had 3 different plumbing services performed and are satisfied with the results. We will call On Time Plumbing again.
