Kelly went above and beyond, more then we could have asked for. He was on time and communication was amazing. He communicated with me the whole process. I do not always have this with other plumbers I have used. His professionalism was great and did an amazing job. I love the way our bathroom looks now. I will never go to any other plumber again!

Great business who takes good care of their customers

Quick estimate and service. Reasonably priced, on time, nice guy (Mark) came and did the work. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Told them what the problem was and asked for a quote over the phone, they said they needed to come out to quote the work but that since I live close to the office they wouldn’t charge to quote it. Seemed fair until they quoted me 371 dollars for a 15 minute job. I had another plumber come out and do the work for 90 dollars. Buyer beware I think they decide pricing based on neighborhood. While they didn’t charge for the quote it was a waste of everyone’s time.

Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.

Great all-around work. Their estimate was one of the lowest we had, they didn't take any shortcuts, and they were clear about addressing potential issues and questions that came up right away. Definitely at the top of my list for future work!

I live in a 90 year old home that often has difficult plumbing problems. Jim has done work on a number of less-than-easy repairs and projects in our home. His work is first quality. He does the job right.

Do not use this company. They may do ok work, but the charges are not discussed upfront or are they possible to estimate. We used them and then referred family members to them. They charged them over 1000 to install a toilet a small vanity. They were in and out of the house in 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Michael Homesley came out and installed a new 50gallon, gas water heater. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and Maximum Plumbing LLC, for all you plumbing needs.

Had a very clogged drain in our rented house and it only took a couple days to get someone out here to fix it. Bart was very polite, and got the job done in a very timely manner. Great service!

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.
