AMAZING! Abraham was the SUPERB 5 STAR technician Blue Planet sent out for us. He was able to clear our drain pipe where three other plumbing companies were not able to do so. The other companies adamantly stated that we had a collapsed pipe and they would have to jack hammer up slabs at an estimated cost of TWENTY thousand dollars! Not only was Abraham incredibly efficient and accurate with cost (only $218.00) he was so friendly!
I HIGHLY recommend Blue Planet Plumbing and definitely recommend the technician Abraham!

Had to get our backed up kitchen sink fixed. Thanks to Premier Rooter & Plumbing our sink is back to running great!! Abe and his cowoker did a great, efficient and quick job. Abe even had time to give me a quote to fix my broken bathtub overflow drain ( required cutting into the drywall) and also hydro jet cleaning the main kitchen line to the sewer. I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

A very prompt and courteous response was my intitial contact with ProMax Plumbing. After discussing my water heater problem, a service call was scheduled the very next day. Arriving on time, Daniel proceeded to carefully change out the water heater which included a new shutoff valve and earthquake straps. The invoice was exactly as quoted by phone and cleanup was complete. I would highly recommend the services of ProMax Plumbing.

Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

V.I. Drains assisted us with a sewage line repair, and their staff's professionalism and skill were outstanding. They communicated efficiently throughout the process, keeping us updated every step of the way. We appreciate their excellent service.
