I would not choose and recommend them for service as there are a variety of more reliable options. We have a leak under our athroom sink and a faulty drain plug. Bill Howe Plumbing informed us they would not be able to arrive for 2 days, and set my appointment for today and said the technician would be arriving between 9 AM and 12 PM PST.I waited, and by 10:53, there was no sign of the technician so I called the company for an update. They then indicated that the technician is running late (they never contacted me to let me know he would miss the original appointment window). Not only was the technician late, but with only one e hour left to make the originally quoted window, they told me that the technician was still across town, and had another entire job to go to and complete before arriving... keep in mind they are telling me this 1 hour until the 3 hour window expires, and I had to call in to find this out... very inconvenient and inconsiderate....To make matters worse, the technician was supposed to arrive between 9 AM and 12 PM. The technician did not arrive until 2:20 PM. The technician came in and spent 5 minutes checking out the bathroom. He then told us that this was not going to be a quick fix and that they had other appointments to finish today.... wow.... and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled.I feel that this was very poor communication from the company, they do not provide realistic expectations, and I have had much better experiences with other companies. This was by far poor service, and poor customer service all the way around. I would not recommend them.

Miguel did a great job, kept me informed on what was needed including sending me pictures since I was not onsite.
I will definitely use him and recommend him in the future.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. From the very beginning Edray was prompt in getting back to me, professional and very personable. Infinity Plumbing took care of installing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. I'm looking forward having Infinity remodel my back bathroom and kitchen. If you're looking for plumbing services look no further. Overall just really pleased with their service. Excellent communication across the board - really appreciate Brandon, one of the female team members who was excellent with coordinating the work (I believe her name starts with an M - just drawing a blank) and lastly Reuben and his team who fixed and lined our sewer. Would highly recommend. Very professional.

This is the third time I've been blessed to use this company. Years ago just after having a tankless installed in my own home I happen to stumble across Eric and his wife giving a presentation in Balboa Park. I said I had just had one installed by my long time plumber. As I picked his brain for knowledge I realized that maybe I should have had mine installed by someone with a little more knowledge with tankless. Out of no where Eric said he would stop by and just check everything out. As promised he did and found several things that weren't quite up to par. About a half hour later he announced that I was good to go and now the warranty would be honored. I of course offered to pay him for his time and he refused. I knew from that point forward I would recommend him and his amazing company forever. And I have...many times. I got an urgent call from one of my tenants today that the water heater had basically died. I immediately contacted Arnett's office and by 0900 Philip arrives, access the situation and we both agree that it's time for my new tankless and what the price would be. He contacts his office and within two hours Tony arrives and it's time to get the party started! Within 3 hours ...as promised I have a new tankless, everything is spotless and my tenant is ready to hit the shower. There is nothing not to love about this company!

These guys repaired a refrigerator/ ice box valve for us, and hooked up the refrigerator. They helped us out by coming on an urgent basis, and were extremely professional. Affordable, too. Super happy!

Just moved into my new home. Needed the water heater turned on and called True Value plumbing. They sent Chris within an hour and had the water heater up and running. He was great and did a whole check of entire home valves. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Waited over an hour for the service man from the schedule repair time. He did the job incorrectly thanks I found after I paid. The company would not fix it unless paid more after i just paid them. Not trustworthy. Better places
