I called and talked with Jacob the night I found a leak above my water heater. I am happy to say he offered to come that night. But since I had already shut the water off it was not an emergency so i had Jacob come the following morning. He was on time and was very polite and explained the work to me that needed to be done. Not long later When the leak was fixed I was very impressed on how fast the job was completed I offered him 3 other repairs I needed done, he was happy to accept my challenge. I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. Great product, service and quality of installation!

Leo did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as all the pipes under the sink for a very reasonable price. He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. His business practices are very thorough and professional - I will definitely use him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Daniel from Pro Max was very impressive. We had been without hot water for 5 days and kept getting outrageous quotes from other companies. We felt like they are trying to take advantage of our situation. Daniel gave us a quote over the phone and we had hot water the next morning, and what he had quoted us.
