Mike of Blue Planet plumbing has been an absolute ACE! Both times I’ve called he has made it out for inspection/estimate within an hour or two. The quality is great, the pricing is fair and he takes the time to explain the job.

I’ve had water under my house for months, multiple companies out to check and still no resolution. Blue Planet came out and discovered not one but two different cracked pipes. Super professional and also friendly.

Paul and his team at Speedi Rooter are both amazing plumbers and great people. I had to have an entire bathroom repiped, and all the lines hydrojetted and descaled and they did a great job. They are kind and trustworthy and even educate you on the issue so you understand what they are doing. A few weeks later, I ended up needing an emergency job to install a manual shutoff and a waterline for a water dispenser on my refrigerator and they came out same day and worked extra late just to squeeze me in. When he told me the price for the emergency service, it was actually a little LOWER than I had guesses, which almost never happens with plumbers. I really recommend Speedi Rooter. These are my new guys.

Our property experienced an extensive canyon landslide through this past exceptionally rainy season. Before we began the work of preservation and restoration, we wanted to be sure that our piping was secure, supported, and sealed.
In less that 24 hours a professional came to inspect our situation and it was at NO CHARGE! Unheard of! But he came, friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and so much more. Together we surveyed the canyon situation and he stayed with us to test and be sure that the pipes were indeed a non-issue.

Manny come out and installed laundry hook ups in my condo. From the get go the process was very smooth. He was very honest and competitive in his bid. The day of he worked quickly but professionally. Manny went over and above with the final amount due compared to the amount of work he did. I am SO GLAD Straightline was referred to me. It's no wonder Clairemont loves this plumbing company.

Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

Christian G. provided excellent customer service and was professional. Christian was straightforward with cost, explained the procedure, and plumbing remedy options to unclog my backyard drain filled with soil. Their rates were very reasonable compared to other companies and there were no hidden fees. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to solve my problem. They definitely know what they are doing and they are honest plumbers.
