They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Manuel is a great plumber, hard worker and very professional! Did I say he just a nice guy too! He installed our new washing machine after the old plumbing literally fell apart as we attempting to remove the old one. Manuel came in, after being delayed at another job. He analyzed the problem, came to with a plan and on return today fixed the problem, installed the washing machine and replaced our kitchen faucet. The best!!
