They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Mikey and the whole team saved the property I managed during a very stressful time dealing with a gas leak. They understood the severity and urgency of the situation and worked OT over the weekend to patch everything up, including drilling thru a concrete walkway and repaving. In needed my bathroom sink unclogged. They responded quickly after leaving a message and where on site within reasonable time. They unclogged the pipe and rerouted the drain pipes. They did an excellent job and at a fair price. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Glad I found plumbers I can call back again.

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Tyair from Bill Howe came out tonight and did amazing work in a tight space under our kitchen sink. He was very professional and worked very clean. The whole project was well worth the price and the quality of work top notch. The online estimate was also super convenient. I filled it out at 10 pm and by the next morning at 8 I was already contacted by email and scheduled with an upfront price withing 20 minutes.

Excellent service, Efren was great! Informative, on time and work quickly done. I am missing two parts from the shower wand, inadvertently taken. A gray ball which screws onto the shower extension and the locking mechanism to attach the wand. Left a message on the after hour service number.

Christopher was very punctual and professional. Quoted me a very reasonable price as compared to the other local plumbers. Explained everything he was doing during the water heater installation.. He even called me later to see how everything was. I highly recommend him.

Arnett's installed a whole-house water filtration system. Erik Arnett was knowledgable and responsive to all our questions. He came back a second time to discuss an alternative installation area, and modified the plan. I texted Erik several times with questions before our final decision and he responded. The installers were friendly, professional and neat. The whole experience, from deciding what we needed to follow-up after installation was superior.
