I hired Speedi Rooter to remove my old gas water heater and install an electric water heater outside of my garage. I also had them install a Halo whole home water filter. We cannot be happier. We are very happy with the service we received. This is the second time we have used Above and Beyond. We first used them based on the great reviews we read online. We initially used them install a new toilet. This time we had a main sewer line clog.
Mariana took our call and was able to schedule a service call for the same day. She was very pleasant and helpful. Once our appointment was scheduled we were updated with an email confirming our appointment and also via text. We were constantly updated via text about who was going to come to our house and what time the service man would arrive.
Miguel came to our house and was great. He is smart and explained everything clearly. Our main sewer line in our home was clogged. After the clog was cleared, Miguel used the camera and showed me the tree roots that were causing the problem. Joe came to the job site and brought an HD camera which gave us a better view of our problem. Miguel used the water-jetting equipment to resolve the tree root issue. We are very happy with the service we received. We will gladly use them again if needed.

I originally called Perry Plumbing on the recommendation of my HOA and scheduled an appointment since this wasn't an emergency repair.

On the day of the appointment (scheduled for 11 AM), I got a call from Margie from Perry. She called me at 10:20 AM to let me know the plumber would be there in 20 minutes. Great!

Ricardo, who would be be my plumber, called me at 20 minutes later to tell me he had arrived. Awesome!

I went to the community entry and met Ricardo at the gate and led him to my place. I noticed he was observing COVID protocols and his uniform was clean. Yeah, being a military guy I did take notice his uniform appearance...Can't help it, I'm programmed!

After a quick survey of the area, Ricardo gave me the price of the job (labor and parts included).

Ricardo knocked up the job pretty quickly, say 20 minutes. However, when testing to make sure everything was in order, he noted the sink was backing up.

Without making this too long, let's say he wound up working in two different apartments to fix the problem. He went well above in ensuring the problem was taken care of!

I would give my utmost recommendation to Ricardo and to Perry Plumbing!

Leo did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as all the pipes under the sink for a very reasonable price. He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. His business practices are very thorough and professional - I will definitely use him in the future for my plumbing needs.

I needed a toilet replaced and got several quotes through yelp before deciding to go with True Value Plumbing. I always try to support veteran-owned businesses, and Cody was just a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and accommodating, and was able to give me a quote over the phone, which most plumbers don't do. His technician Marcos showed up on time and did a great job. He was very clean, respectful, and professional. After removing the old toilet out and getting the new one out of the box, we realized the bowl was cracked... Marcus had to put the old one back and made sure the bathroom was spotless when he was done. He even offered to return the broken toilet and pick up a new one for me at no charge!

Since this was an online order I had to deal with getting a refund over the phone and picked up a different one today. True Value offered to come back and install it at a discounted price because of the inconvenience I had to go through with the company I ordered it from. This is above and beyond anything I would expect and just amazing customer service!

Marcos will be back tomorrow to install the new toilet and I am sure he will do a wonderful job!

Update: Marcos came back the next day and did a fantastic job with the installation. I am one happy customer!!

Technician Javier Balladares was absolutely fantastic. He replaced our shower head at a reasonable price and also installed a drain plug in our son’s bathtub at no charge. He has a great personality and is extremely likable. John Padilla Plumbing is lucky to have such a great employee.
