Blue Planet was very fast and professional when I called distraught about water coming from my kitchen ceiling and light fixtures in our brand new home!! A gentleman named Matthew came out to check things out gave an honest assessment and estimate of the cost for repair. We held off on the services as I am hoping this might be covered by a builders warranty considering we bought this brand new how 4 months ago?! If things are not covered I will be calling Blue Planet for the repairs 100%. It's good to know there are still good honest companies and employees out there these days! Two thumbs up 👍🏻

James and his staff we're great. His office staff were very profesional and kept in constant contact letting me know when we we're schudled as Well as when the tech was on the way.
