I was worried about my water usage. Since my machine is under great warranty, all taken care of with the best service efficient, professional, kept me informed, and took care of my issue, I once again so happy! He provided clear explanations and did everything he could to expedite the installation for us (after 2 weeks w/o hot water)! Joe Garcia replaced my water heater tank and water pressure regulator. Another thing, he also fixed my restroom upstairs because there was a leak in the tub spout due to the high water pressure.He reconstructed the pipe and changed the spout. Joe saved me because he detected that my water pressure was 120 psi twice the normal pressure which could blow up the pipes at any given time. I was so thankful that he corrected and fix all problems right away. No more leak and my water pressure is 50 psi which is very good and I do have peace of mind and it’s safe. Joe and his assistant Steve did a phenomenal job. Joe is very knowledgeable on what he does. A very well experienced plumber for 30 years. It was so easy and quick for him to identify and diagnose the problem with a quick solution. He really explained to me what is the problem, why it happened and the best solution. I really admire his honesty, sincerity commitment, and dedication to his job.I like his work ethic and professionalism. The first time I met Joe I had that trust in him. It was just an automatic feeling but I was right. Joe did an excellent job. Me and my wife were very happy and 100% completely satisfied with his work. To start off, Perry Plumbing was the only company that is open in my area. My experience with them on the phone was very professional and was honest about the time it will take for the plumber, Trevor, is going to come over. Once Trevor got to my house, he was professional and instantly apologized that it took him a while but it was understandable as they only have a few plumbers that are working over time. He instantly inspected the attic where I had the pipe burst and immediately started working on the problem. Trevor's work was top notch and and provided me with the copper that had a hole in it to present to my insurance company. On top of that, Perry Plumbing includes 1 year warranty on the section of the pipe that they had fixed which reassures me of their craftmanship and customer service. He also gave me suggestion on how to prevent these catastrophic accidents and I will be calling them again for upgrades and (cross my fingers) accidents. Perry Plumbing will be on my speed dial for sure!
