I have used Primo several times in the last few months, a broken pipe required specialized care. Mike was honest and respectful in all my dealings with him. He gave me an estimate and arranged for the restoration people. It was a nitemare and because of his knowledge and help, everything worked perfectl. I recently had him install a tankless water heater. He advised me on maintenance and expectations. I’m very pleased. It’s very hard to find someone who knows his trade and seems to strive to give a consumer a good job done.

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.

Called Fuller from a recommendation and they performed great! Had to have my recessed hot & cold washer supply line valves replaced. From the initial phone call to the finish, they were very thorough with questions and the details in order to get the job done right. They were also able to do it within 48hrs and I didn’t have to wait for days and days. Shout out to their guy John who fix my valves. Not only did he do the washers valves but did another one in the garage and gave me info about my water regulator. The dude rocks!
