We had an intermittent water heating problems with our 14 yr. Old tankless water heater. After establishing with SDGE that we were getting appropriate gas to the unit, we called Blue Planet to perform an internal cleaning procedure recommended over the phone from the manufacturer. Our tech, Mike, was great! He patiently took apart the unit to get to the rods and burners that needed cleaning, gently cleaned each area and reassembled the unit. Mike is very experienced with tankless water heaters, and should this cleaning procedure not clear up this problem, we would have no worries about having Mike and Blue Planet install our new unit! After 14 years, we realize that may be the route we have to take. Thank you, Mike, and Blue Planet Drains and Plumbing. So far, we have plenty of hot water!

Had a water main break so I dug it up and exposed the problem for easy access. Then I called these guys who showed up promptly, no complaints there.

As you can see in the photos, the work was made super accessible and all they had to do was make 2 cuts in the top PVC for easy access to the tee, replace the tee joint and couple the PVC back together, simple pipe work.

The quote was $974. I asked what the labor rate was and he said $240 an hour. Aside from the fact that most lawyers don't charge that much, this is CLEARLY NOT a 4 hour job at any rate. He came down to $750 to replace a piece of pipe.

It took me 2 hours and I'm not a plumber. Watch out for these guys, they'll steal you blind.

I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

The Above and Beyond team (Joe, Peter, Vivana) provided excellent service from start to finish. They are very professional and responded to my Yelp quote request immediately. They were able to come and fix everything the next day. Their pricing was much more affordable compared to the competitors, while still maintaining the highest standard to the repair (bathtub clog and garbage disposal replacement). I will definitely be referring them and using their services if needed!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Arnett and his team. I called him on a Wednesday and he met me after work same day to evaluate what we needed to do to repair, in our case replace, our 15-year old Noritz tankless water heater.
