They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

I have used them many times, they advise you of risk when your pipes/home is old before they start a thing. Allowed me to choose which way I wanted to proceed, whenever your dealing with 60/70 yr old pipes it's a risk. I knew what I was getting into and moved forward and again got lucky. But it was refreshing first time I used them.
And there integrity and honesty have not changed over the years. 100% MY PLUMBER!

Javier from Bill Howe plumbing has been out to my place twice to fix plumbing issues & both times he has been extremely professional, quick, & tidy with fixing my items that needed to be serviced. I appreciate how they give you 3 hour Windows but also call you 30 mins prior to arriving. I called Paul on the recommendation of a friend. I I was looking to install a tankless water heater to get hot water to my faucets and shower quicker. Paul suggested a recirculating pump instead, which he installed in one afternoon. We are very happy with the results.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. I called and talked with Jacob the night I found a leak above my water heater. I am happy to say he offered to come that night. But since I had already shut the water off it was not an emergency so i had Jacob come the following morning. He was on time and was very polite and explained the work to me that needed to be done. Not long later When the leak was fixed I was very impressed on how fast the job was completed I offered him 3 other repairs I needed done, he was happy to accept my challenge. My old tankless was wearing out. I called and they came out the next day to check out the old tankless and told me what I already knew, time to replace it. They had the new Noritz in stock and was replaced in two days. Installers were professional and courteous. They showed us all of the features and functions of the new unit.
