Best Line Inspection in Chula Vista CA

We had a ductless mini split system installed during the summer. It was our savior. it works great and living in la mesa we definitely needed it.

Very Pleased. The plumbers showed up on time. Whenever they went out to the truck they removed their shoe covers so as not to dirty them up and track it into the home. I have had so many workers in the past, from other companies, put on shoe covers then walk out into the parking lot, with the shoe covers on! And bring back the dirt and oil back into my home. But, my Blue Planet plumbers, removed their shoe covers each time they left and put them back on each time they entered.

Anyway, back to the reason they were here, my drain was cleared the first time and at a reasonable price. I'm keeping Blue Planet in my contacts for any futures plumbing needs. Mike was friendly and professional as was his assistant. Sorry, never got his name but he was every bit as courteous and professional. Thanks Blue Planet.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. On time, responsive, and honest! We had Efran come by to check out our shower which ended up being a far bigger job than we could tackle that day. I had him get on the phone with my landlord (who speaks plumbing) to explain the issue, and there was no fluff or unnecessary work added into the quote. We appreciated that very much, Efran.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. Armando is awesome. During our kitchen reno we found we had some plumbing that needed to be moved. Armando responded and scheduled our work very quickly. While he was here I mentioned a small issue in one of our bathrooms. He went out and purchased materials and was able to finish the entire job in a day. He also gave some recommendations for our sink before we had it installed. Not only is he very courteous and professional but also affordable. I've already provided his card to the rest of the tenants in our complex. I'll definitely be calling him again when we have our bathrooms done.
