So thankful for Premier Rooter & Plumbing! I had a leak under my Kitchen sink and needed help! It was a Sunday and was really worried that I wasn’t going to find anyone to help!! I called and right away I spoke with the staff and they were really friendly and very helpful! Abe came down and he was very friendly, professional, clean, provided education on what was needed! I was given options and proactive tips on how to prevent bigger problems in the future! Abe was great! I highly recommend him and the crew!! Thank you!!!

Pleasant, polite,professional, and explained his process and possible fixes. This is not my first experience with BPI. I have always been pleased and very satisfied with their approach and communication.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

Armando has been my plumber for a few years, and I am so happy I found him! He responds right away, and always shows up on time for appointments (even if it is something minor). He is very good at communicating issues & letting me know exactly what he is doing.

I was referred to straightline plumbing by a friend. They installed a water heater and repaired some of the associated piping for us. They did a great job and the price was more than fair. I will definitely keep their number close by.

Leo is very professional. He had to redo my shower valve because the plumbers who I previously hired had it set to forward and tile wouldn’t have been flush. Leo also upgraded my water heater to a tankless water heater. Leo explained the process of what he was going to do and spoke to the tile guy to see how far out it needed to be roughed in. Very clean work area and excellent work. I would recommend.

Called for a clogged toilet, Ali was at my house in less than 35 minutes after I called and finished the job in less that 20 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed another issue while here and left my toilet like new. Would highly recommend to everyone! Fair pricing and great service!
