Unlike others we called, AWS first attempted to repair our malfunctioning 7-yro Noritz Tankless Water Heater (NRC661) but its ignition system still kept malfunctioning. We also have a second one in the attic crawl space that is still working perfectly. As others had recommended, they replaced it. It took about 2.5hrs, less time than estimated. The two technicians sent were on time and highly professional.

Cesar did an impeccable job with changing out a 15+ year old water heater in my tri-level. He didn't mind being asked questions regarding the install and general maintenance and was fair in pricing and labor involved. I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
