We had a gas smell coming from the laundry room of the new house. SDG&E came out ad red tagged it so then we had no hot water, no ability to cook on the stove, and no heat, since all those appliances run on GAS! We called a few other companies before being referred to Blue Planet. The first company quoted $8,000 to replace the entire gas pipe system of the house. The second company quoted $6,500 to partially replace the gas pipes in the laundry area only.
BLUE PLANET came out within 1 hour of my call, located the gas leak to be a simple loose fitting. They were able to repair the fitting, and handle the permit, and SDG&E gas reinstatement for $1,100 TOTAL!

EXTREMELY impressed is an understatement!!!!! Efren was so communicative from the start to finish. He was open and honest from the beginning. Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. I find that very impressive- as most owners of companies tend to stay in their office and behind their desk. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom. Efren was patience, and so very kind answering all questions, and even suggesting things with integrity and honesty. Speedi Rooter did a beautiful job plumbing half of our house. Tyler Cervantes Plumbing has resolved several plumbing issues for me since I moved into my new house in August 2019. I hired Tyler initially to investigate some potential plumbing issues that came up during my home inspection. He thoroughly reviewed the plumbing in my bathrooms, even going under my house to check for any potential leaks. He prioritized the work and informed me there were actually fewer plumbing issues than I suspected, which saved me money.

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.
