Mike M. was prompt returning my initial call. He came to my house the same day within a couple of hours. He assessed the water heater. It's been leaking water for days in the garage. Mike asked for the original paperwork on the unit and determined that it is still under warranty! He immediately called the manufacturer and within minutes got an approval and confirmation/authorization number to bring to Home Depot for a brand new one. There was some proration but very minimal. Mike was forthcoming on how much he will charge for total labor cost. Mike and his assistant and my husband went to Home Depot, brought the old water heater and exchanged for a brand new one. Mike even gave us a pan for free that he had in his truck. Overall, we are very satisfied with Mike's service and forthcomingness. We will highly recommend him to friends and family.

Had a great experience with Bill Howe in replacing my gas hot water heater earlier this week. Corey came out, assessed the situation, gave me a quote (which was 1/2 of what another plumber wanted to charge me), got the materials, and replaced the water heater. He was extremely professional and great to work with and the result was perfect. I plan to use them whenever needed and definitely recommend them (they were recommended to me).

Edit: I just wanted to shout out for Ryan who was incredibly helpful for replacing my noisy heat pump water heater. He was very helpful and managed the entire process really well. I’m so happy with the replacement. I usually don’t edit my reviews but it was a very positive experience so I wanted to just say thanks.

Brandon was absolutely amazing! Our Birth Center unfortunately experienced sewage overflow over the weekend that included clogged drains/toilets in all of our restrooms and a sewage caked up walk-in shower. After a laborious Monday morning of trying to contain the smelly disaster and not offend our pregnant clients, Brandon came to our rescue & was not only informative & professional, but he was also incredibly efficient and finished the job before I could finish my very delayed cup of coffee! Not only were all of the restrooms and shower usable, he also cleaned up and offered advice on avoiding a similar problem in the future!
