They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

I found my phone contacts at Blue Planet to be courteous and informative​, especially Liz. Tito, who came to do the estimate and subsequently the work, was very professional and competent as he solved our water heater issues. Not only did he make me very comfortable with what items needed replacement, he used the opportunity to educate me about the process. I have already handed out Tito and Blue Planet's card to my neighbors with no reservations and full confidence in their expertise.
My own family is already planning on calling Blue Planet again, hopefully getting Liz and Tito once more for our next projects (replacing the water shut-off valve going into house next, as well as another water heater replacement at our small business). We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
