They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Blue Planet had same day availability. They called me to let me know that the technician was on his way. Anthony showed up and did an excellent job at unclogging my main line. Nothing in the house could be used so it was very frustrating for a while. Anthony cleared it up and had sink, showers and toilets working again.
Also, they did not charge more than they had to. Great company!!!

We identified a plumbing issue in our office around 3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. We contacted Premier plumbing and they came within the hour. They not only diagnosed the problem but immediately did some troubleshooting and addressed a bigger issue in a timely fashion. They were motivated to resolve the issue the same day so it doesn’t interfere with our business operations in Wednesday. Jesse & his team did a great job. I was impressed and that very evening everything was fixed! Great job! Highly recommended!!

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I highly recommend these guys. Omar and Estevan are very professional. Omar did a great job fixing our plumbing needs. Prompt and offered reasonable repair cost.

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.

Replaced an old filter housing that was leaking. Also replaced the pressure valve and cutoff valve at my request. Fixed the shoddy work from back when the house was built. I would highly recommend calling Jacob for any pipe work. A real pro.

Called them up around 3pm and were able to come out by 430pm. Victor came out and installed a new water heater and had me back up and running same night before dinner! Super professional and reliable. Straight forward with no BS! I found my new go to plumber.

Joe Garcia replaced my water heater tank and water pressure regulator. Another thing, he also fixed my restroom upstairs because there was a leak in the tub spout due to the high water pressure.He reconstructed the pipe and changed the spout. Joe saved me because he detected that my water pressure was 120 psi twice the normal pressure which could blow up the pipes at any given time. I was so thankful that he corrected and fix all problems right away. No more leak and my water pressure is 50 psi which is very good and I do have peace of mind and it’s safe. Joe and his assistant Steve did a phenomenal job. Joe is very knowledgeable on what he does. A very well experienced plumber for 30 years. It was so easy and quick for him to identify and diagnose the problem with a quick solution. He really explained to me what is the problem, why it happened and the best solution. I really admire his honesty, sincerity commitment, and dedication to his job.I like his work ethic and professionalism. The first time I met Joe I had that trust in him. It was just an automatic feeling but I was right. Joe did an excellent job. Me and my wife were very happy and 100% completely satisfied with his work. Definitely, I will contact Joe again in the future if I need him.He is a very nice guy as well as Steve. I would highly recommend Joe if you have problems with plumbing. He’s an expert. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
