Blue Planet has been to our house four different times for four different problems over the past few years. They have always been on time, Always professional, and they have come up with suggestions to solve the problem and save money. These guys are ALWAYS my first (and only) call when I have a plumbing issue.

My husband accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe. It was 730 pm. They said they would come within an hour, and they did. They were prompt, professional, handed me their business card, gave us a quote and stuck with it. They finished the work quickly. We have a year warranty on the repair. I would highly recommend them.

We had two toilets replaced. Deshawn was very professional and patient. He took the time to educate me, and pointed out/remediated issues from previous installation. He and his apprentice did a good job with the install, and after made sure everything was cleaned up and working as expected.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Called them up around 3pm and were able to come out by 430pm. Victor came out and installed a new water heater and had me back up and running same night before dinner! Super professional and reliable. Straight forward with no BS! I found my new go to plumber.

Joe arrived a little early. He was very polite and professional. He knew what to do and got it done quickly. The price seemed a little high but it was on a Sunday and we were grateful that someone came out at all. Would definitely use his services again.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
