Ray from BPI plumbing, came to our house at 1:00 am in the morning!!!! We had a blockage that created a real homeowner nightmare.. Both bathroom toilets, shower and tub. He explained what he was going to do, gave us a quote and went right to work. Ray was friendly, honest and courteous. I would recommend Ray, he did a great job!!!

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. Got quote $750 to install a ice maker line to my fridge... about 3-5 ft of copper pipe and a tap into the water line. Bill Howe quoted the same job for $325.

Look elsewhere if you have a small home job as these guys clearly don't want to do them. I'm only wondering why they decided to waste my time by even coming over for a quote? Just say no over the phone if the job is too small!

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
