Called at 7:45 in the evening as we had a shower that had broken and we couldn’t turn off the water. Mike answered and gave us an estimate over the phone and told us he would be there within the hour. Got there as promised and fixed our shower. Was courteous, professional, and the best price we got after calling several other plumbers. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Will be using Premier Rooter & Plumbing from now on for any of our plumbing services.

Had a problem at my rental house with a bathtub in lower unit completely blocked & not draining. Called them right away & they set up an appointment for that same day within a few hours of me calling. The plumber showed up within the expected time frame & cleared the problem quickly & efficiently according to my renter. Miranda, who set up the appointment for me, was pleasant & checked back with me a couple times to make sure I had the information I needed to pass on to my renter. They worked with me on payment as the house is owned through a retirement account. Totally satisfied with the customer service I received. Would definitely call them again.

I had an existing WH problem which resulted in multiple attempts, upon calling I was made aware that my service warranty expired however the problem was fixed with no charge. In addition he provided advice on my clogged dishwasher issue which I resolved based on his recommendation. Will certainly use Speedi Rooter S&D again. Thanks for your service and recommendations!!
