Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

Great technician. A sweet young man willing to listen to the concerns of this fretful senior worried that returning from surgery in the next day would be without the use of the facilities,especially since my grandson's newly engaged fiancee was going to spend the night( post surgery instructions. ) I appreciate the explanion for the estimate for future service since this has been a. repeating problem effecting only 1 of my toilets. I know I will have to address this problem shortly. Thanks to Oscar,I'm no relieved. 😊

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. I got my electric water heater and whole house water filtration system installed by them. Trevor, Sergio, and Dan was very good. I’m satisfied with their service and will use it again.

Arnett's came out to our house, on the same day we called, to give evaluate our tankless water heater and then give us a quote. They then made it back out to our house the next day, on time, and put in a new tankless water heater. This company is amazing!!!! So glad we know about them!! I will definitely refer them to everyone we know!!

Leo is very professional. He had to redo my shower valve because the plumbers who I previously hired had it set to forward and tile wouldn’t have been flush. Leo also upgraded my water heater to a tankless water heater. Leo explained the process of what he was going to do and spoke to the tile guy to see how far out it needed to be roughed in. Very clean work area and excellent work. I would recommend.

Eddie is great. His expertise as a plumber shows through the jobs he performs. He initially did our plumbing on our custom Master Bath 7 years ago, he is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. He is punctual, meticulous at his skill. Don’t hesitate to give him your plumbing problems. Eddie will complete the job exceeding your expectations.

Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote. We also got a 6 month warranty! He's a good guy and does honest work.. I will be recommending him and using him again Thanks!
