I had a hot water pipe break under the slab of my house. Yikes! I called Bill Howe and the response was cool and collected but also had a sense of urgency to come help me.The technician/ plumber arrived 5 minutes early, was clean, courteous and, yes, had a sense of urgency to stop firther damage fast.The technician detected the location of the leak very fast using high end equipment and provided several options to fix the piping and the pros and cons of each.His work was swift but of high quality. Clean welds, clean cuts in the drywall (which make it easier to repair) and vacuumed up after himself.Also along the way when damage was found to other pipes he showed photos of what he found and even tightened a loose fitting in the attic when he observed an unsafe condition with a pipe.Once the work was complete the tech explained everything he did and he left the house cleaner than he found it. He left no evidence of dust or work having been done.Bottom line, Bill Howe and their technicians have mastered the work they do and I will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Fast with the quote , friendly from beginning to end , honest and professional. We have finally found a reasonably priced plumber that truly seems to care . Can’t say enough good about theses guys! They took care of both our regulator and shut off valve.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.

We used ProMax Plumbing to replace our old 55g gas water heater with a new Navien tankless heater. They were fantastic from the moment they showed up to give us a quote until the project was completed. Daniel explained everything they would do during the installation and even did extra work that was not included in the other proposals we received. On top of that, the pricing was the lowest we received.

They were on time for both the quote and the install day. They were friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions, even after the project was completed. Just as importantly, the workmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Do not give your hard earned money to this company. STAY AWAY. They only care about making money and do not care about people. They were hired to work on the apartment below mine. They were doing EXTREMELY loud non-emergency work until 3:00 AM in the morning even after repeated requests from both me and the property manager for them to stop. This is despite it being illegal to do noisy construction after 7:00 PM. It was not until the police showed up that they finally left. After this they still had to return the next day to finish their work.

I called their office to voice my complaint and Linda told me: What's done is done and there's is nothing she can do about it now. As for why her guys worked until 3:00 AM and until police told them to leave, she said it was because they wanted to finish... That is an absurd excuse for breaking the law and working that late. This shows a complete failure in company leadership. Their disregard for me and my family shows how little they care. My wife and I had to go to work the next day on 2 hours of sleep because of this. I work in a high risk enviroment so it is extremely unsafe to work on such little sleep. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS. There are plenty of other businesses' out there who do honest work and care about affecting others.

We contacted V.I. Drains to install a water filtration system, and their staff was extremely helpful in determining the best solution for our needs. The installation went down without a hitch, and we now have clean, filtered water throughout our home.
