They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Well we had an appointment today (12/22/19) between 11am to 1pm. Although, they called and said the guy was running late, he finally showed up after 3pm, and the price was way more than any of our neighbors paid to have their water heater replaced., which was within the past year. And, we all moved into our homes during the same year (12-2003) The guy kept saying this is a really old water heater (like we were not aware of that) what does that have to do with the price being way overpriced in my opinion, like he was justifying why it was going to be $2,800 or more. Well we will keep shopping around and have to go old school and boil water or going to a families house for showers. LOL

Did absolutely top notch work for me on a recent project. It was a complicated project but he knocked it out quickly and cleanly. Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and keeps you in the loop at all times - I wouldn’t hesitate to call again for anything plumbing related.

Quick resolution to my plumbing issue. Reasonable cost in comparison to other plumbers. Will definitely keep them in my contacts to use again.

Eric and his team were great! Our existing tankless water heater, (a Noritz) stopped working after 13 years and the guys from Arnetts installed a new one the next day after I gave them a call. Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional.
