Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had some major plumbing issues arise in my home over the last month including a main sewage/water drain blockage. I called Speedi Rooter after a quick search and review and was astounded at their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication off the bat. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly for each issue and they helped troubleshoot a few of them while trying to save me time and money. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are friendly and easy to work with. After that first experience, I decided to call them again for the next issue that arose and am pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations on every level. I can’t recommend Jacob and Trusted Water Systems ENOUGH!! Absolute lifesaver!! I was not getting hot water in my house for over 3 months and had even installed a brand new shower valve to remedy the issue. Several individuals came and spent 8 hour days here, couldn’t figure out the problem, and wanted to cut my walls and redo piping. I contacted Jacob and he went straight to diagnosing I had a crossover, narrowed it to my new valve, found the defective component, replaced it - and I HAD HOT WATER!! Beyond ecstatic and thankful.
